PathMaker Software Training

Sometimes, to get the most out of your new PathMaker software, you need some training. This is especially important when you are planning to use it to support teams in your organization, since skill levels will vary greatly. One way to get some quick just-in-time training is to do a session over the telephone. It can be very effective, and can easily be broken into short sessions over several weeks.

SkyMark consultants and facilitators are available to conduct half-day and one-day workshops targeted for anyone currently using or planning to use the PathMaker® software. The workshop is intended to help attendees use PathMaker's integrated features to solve problems and improve processes.

The workshop provides an overview of the major tools and features of PathMaker, including:

• Using existing pathways and creating custom pathways
• Using existing project templates and team forms and creating new ones
• Importing data into PathMaker
• Using on-line training tutorials, help cards and the help system

The session also covers the use of each tool/function with PathMaker that supports logical and creative thinking, consensual decision-making, data collection and analysis, and project management. These tools include:

• Cause and Effect Diagrams
• Brainstorms
• Affinity Diagrams
• Force Field Analysis
• Control Charts

Workshops work best when participants can follow along with the trainer, in a computer lab or training center. Up to 20 participants can be accommodated in a single session.

Our training staff are also pleased to discuss your particular training requirements, and to work out a curriculum which is best suited to your needs. In addition to in-house staff, we also have a network of consultants who are skilled in the use of PathMaker, and may have other subject-matter expertise which is relevant to your needs.

We offer a four-hour training session for $850, and on-site training days for $2250 per day. Shorter or longer sessions can be pro-rata.
